MSOG is a tax-exempt organization within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Donations to the society are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
In the Donor Comments section, please indicate how you would like your donation allocated:
- Full amount to the Society
- Full amount to your choice of one of the Chapters: Bristol, Merrimack Valley, Middlesex, or Worcester
- Split evenly between the Chapter of your choice and the Society
If paying by check, please fill out the form, print a copy of the donation receipt, and mail to the address listed on the form.
